B2Output Trigger

When printing a report from B2Output and the B2Data option in B2Distribute is on.

Then the B2Output output file is sent to the matching workflow in B2Data to the B2Output trigger node along with some other data from B2Output that is transformed into node properties and can be used later in the workflow. So for each run in B2Output a new iteration is created in B2Data.
