Import Address Books from ERP

You can import and sync your ERP address books, business partners and contacts with B2Win Suite. To know more about this, please contact NAZDAQ. We currently support Baan IV, V and Infor LN. Tools for other ERP systems can be developed as well.

Logical Tables

The Business partner, Contact and Address book tables for a certain company can be linked with a different company. This helps companies that have shared data and wish to use it in different companies.
In order to set this feature, go to the companies in B2Win Suite, and edit the company that you want to link. Then set the logical tables. Every time the user will use the data (Business partner, Contact and Address book) of this edited company the system will go to the logical tables and fetch the data from there. For example, if company 550 was edited to have the following settings:

Then whenever a business partner from company 550 is needed, the data will be fetched from company 200.
